The Leadership Team

Andy Lawley
Andy is the Church Secretary and has a particular focus on youth and children’s work. He is also involved in occasional service leading, PA for fresh, mending and making sound cables, regular music and youth work. He is married to Wendy with two children and works as a Pharmacy Manager. Andy has a love of Formula 1 (McLaren!) and good food.


Stephen Newton
Stephen is our Treasurer and an member of the Church Leadership Team. He is married to Ruth with two children and is the head of training for a IT company in Hull.


Pete Hammond
Pete is focused upon mission and outreach, being a member of the fresh planning team, a compassion advocate and compassion area co-ordinator. In church Pete is involved with service leading and speaking, is a member of the PDL housegroup and attends Purpose Driven Pint and Breakfast with God. Pete is a mangement consultant and has a wife called Clare, and enjoys cycling, running, walking and cooking.


Tim Jenkins
Tim is a member of the Church Leadership Team and oversees Pastoral Care within the church. He is married to Janet with three children and has just completed his studies at LST in theology and counselling.


Glynn Jones
Glynn is a member of the Church Leadership Team and is a regular preacher and service leader. Along with his wife Monica he leads one of the church house groups.

Church Employees

Chris Danter
Chris is the Church Ministries Co-ordinator and as such keeps an eye on everything that is going on in the church, provides a listening ear, a helping hand, and keeps the office in check. Chris is married to Tom.



Andy Guilder
Andy is our Youth and Children’s Worker and oversees activities for 0-18s taking place in the church. He has a love of web design, music and literature, and dislikes green vegetables.
